Dance Mania Nashville Academy

Our morning program offers a combo class for homeschoolers aged 5-8 focusing on ballet, tap and jazz. This 60 minute class is offered on Wednesdays from 11:00am-12:00pm from September to mid May, ending with a recital performance.

Our afternoon program is geared towards advanced dancers aged 10+ who demonstrate self-sufficiency, self-motivation, and discipline. All dancers must have mastered beginner and intermediate level fundamentals as a prerequisite. These requirements help ensure that any dancer enrolled in The DMN Academy does not become overwhelmed or lost in training and as a result are able to learn and grow at the proper progression level.​​ There are six 60 minute classes offered per week: Movement, Specialty Tricks, Ballet/Technique, Leaps/Jumps, Acro, and Stretch/Flexibility. Our advanced classes begin the week ​of September 3, 2024 and run through May 6, 2025. Classes meet Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays 1:30-3:30pm. There are 26 classes per year with master classes offered monthly with visiting teachers; these master classes are only offered to our homeschool dancers during homeschool class time.
